Assumes 1 meeting at 4 hours; 4 hours of interpretations during proposal period. 7.7 Be available during construction to assist in design changes due to utility issues - assume 2 changes. 7.8 Where pipelines are present, include note on plans "WARNING: Petroleum Products Pipeline". 8.0 Transportation Management Plan (TMP) Assumes using State s TMP template with minimal modifications, and coordination and support provided by State. 8.1 Set up and attend meetings with State to go through and revise the TMP checklist (up to 2 meetings). 8.2 Document project issues, considerations and decisions during design related to safety and mobility. 8.3 Complete traffic analysis as necessary to estimated traffic delays during construction (HCM or Synchro). 8.4 Complete the TMP report.. 9.0 Deliverable Standards The following standards apply to all deliverables in this Contract. See the individual deliverable description for more specific deliverable standard requirements. 9.1 Software The software version Contractor will use for deliverables are as follow: Microsoft (MS) Word 2007 Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Microsoft (MS) Excel 2007 MicroStation Version 08.11.07.180 9.2 Paper copies of reports and technical memoranda will be printed as two-sided copies to the extent possible. 9.3 Paper copies of drawings will be printed, single-sided, on 11 x 17 20 pound white bond paper. 9.4 Electronic documents will be delivered via compact disc (CD) whenever practicable. 9.5 A final Material Design Recommendation (MDR) will be provided. 9.6 Final signal plans will be provided by MnDOT. 51.0 Administration and Project Management 51.1 In addition to MnDOT monthly meetings, three additional design meetings to specifically discuss City items (primarily median enhancements). A preliminary concept design will be provided by the City.. 60.2 Final design of center median. Final design of center median pedestrian refuges at White Bear Avenue, Whitaker Street, 2nd Street, 4th Street, 7th Street, 8th Street and CSAH 96. 60.3 Design of median landscape elements. Landscape elements may include vegetation, lighting, and pavement treatments. This design will include soils preparation and accommodations for watering and maintenance. 60.4 Design of water main replacement from Lake Avenue North to Veterans Park will include reconnection of existing services. 60.5 Design installation of overhead, lighted street name signs at White Bear Avenue, CSAH 96, 2 nd Street, 4 th Street, 7th Street and TH 96. 60.6 Design work for signal poles, mast arms and associated equipment at the same five intersections as 60.5. 60.7 Design corridor lighting both in the median and behind curb.
