Immersion seeds process 1. Deli tobacco seeds 2. Spoon seeds 6 gram 3. Seeds spread evenly in printed mugs 4. Ready immersed seeds 5. Immersion table with capillarity system 6. Immersion seed for 3 days (72 hours)

Seeds condition after immersion Control Viusid Agro

PREPARATION OF SEEDBEDS

PREPARATION OF SEEDBEDS 1. Mixing top soil, compost and sand (5:3:2) for media 2. Sterilization media 3. Sprayed with Viusid Agro (1.5 ml/ 5 L water) 1 day before sowing 4. Giving Mixed Fertilizer (50 g/seedbed)

SOWING SEEDS

Sowing seeds date : 23 may 2015 Seeds was mixed with water for easier application (Picture 1). Seedbeds was prepared in line format (Picture 4). 1 2 3 4 5 Sowing seeds

MAINTENANCE

MAINTENANCE 1. Viusid Agro spraying after 7, 10, 15, 21, 25 and 30 days sowing were performed 2. There were 27% reduction in basic mineral fertilizers for treatment group 3. Control group was treated in accordance with PTPN II standards

4. Previcure (30 ml/5 L water/seedbed) was administered on the seedbed in order to prevent Pythium sp attacks.. Days 3 13 18 26 34 38 after sowing Date 05/22/15 06/02/15 06/07/15 06/15/15 06/23/15 06/27/15 5. Insecticide (Sevin : BA Mipcindo 10%) also have been given on seedbeds surrounding 3 times for the intention of controlling ants (Table 2). Time Morning Morning/afternoon Morning/afternoon Date 05/22/2015 05/23/2015 05/24/2015

4. Giving Mixed Fertilizer (50 g/seedbed) Treatment : Control Viusid Agro 100% Mixed Fertilizer 75% Mixed Fertilizer Mixed fertilizers were applied by dissolving the fertilizers into water and watered onto seedbeds. Fertilization at 7, 10, 15, 21, 25 and 30 days sowing

6. Resetting (seedbeds to tray transmission) One day before trasmission, tray was sprayed with Viusid Agro (1.5 ml/ 5 L water)

Treatment of Viusid Agro had diameter stem bigger than control so that seedlings are more resistant to wind attacks. The treatment of Viusid Agro had the same high seedling and the number of leaves as control. Analysis use MINITAB16

Treatment of Viusid Agro had root deeper than control so the crop nutrient absorption to be better compared to the control Analysis use MINITAB16

CONCLUSION

1) Seedlings of Viusid Agro treatment shown high seedlings, leaves size, number of leaves and volume root the same as control. 2) Seedlings of Viusid Agro treatment had larger diameter stem than control, which indicate better resistance from wind attacks. 3) Seedlings of Viusid Agro treatment shown longer root than control hence the nutrient absorption is better compared to the control.
