Support
Support - overview Microsoft provides Managed Reseller Partners with access to an incentive platform to track incentive earnings, submit claims against Co-op earnings, and track these claims to payment. Microsoft also offers several ways to provide Support related to Incentives Programs, like Managed Reseller (MR) and many others. Specifically, for MR, Partners in EMEA use the Partner Incentives Experience as their incentives platform and to obtain Support. Partners in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific including Japan and Greater China use the Channel Incentives Platform (CHIP). Partners can also use Support aliases, Call Logging tool (if applicable) and MPN Portal to request support. The following slides outline support available for partners in more detail.
