pom+ Project Management Principles All projects follow project management process rules but each of them has its own specific requirements. 3 key indicators measured for each project: cost, timely delivery and compliance with objectives. Inputs from knowledge managers are systematically involved and new knowledge is generated in projects.
3 Pillars of Project Management Project Managers, Knowledge Managers and Project Coaches ensure that all projects are delivered within expected time, cost and quality. The Project Manager manages the members of the project team to ensure that projects are implemented with the highest quality and to generate added value for pom+ and customers. PM/Employee Project Coach supports project managers with subject matter and methodological expertise. KM Coach The function of Knowledge Manager is offered to skilled and highly qualified employees. They provide managers with relevant decision making information and transform data into information and knowledge and secure up to date knowledge in their areas of responsibility.
Communication and Reporting Project assessment is made for each complete project. Lessons learnt and new knowledge is consolidated and shared.
