Due to their independent status for the purposes of quality assurance, the testing institute and certification body are obliged to keep all data secret. Therefore the institute gives a guarantee of absolute secrecy. These data are exclusively used to determine the number of tests necessary for the certification. Contact details (company, responsible person, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number) as well as information about the certificate (certificate number, name of products, product class, information validity, etc.) are transmitted during the certification process to the OEKO-TEX Association, Splügenstrasse 10, CH-8027 Zurich and processed there further. Information in the application regarding used colorants, chemicals, auxiliaries and source materials may be verified with the respective supplier directly. Any missing, unclear or contradictory entries in the application form may delay the certification process. This application is valid only when bearing an authorized signature. By signing this application with an authorized signature, the applicant is responsible for the data given and is obliged to inform the testing institute of any alterations. The applicant agrees that his address can be mentioned in an international reference list of all holders of OEKO-TEX certificate (please cross out this paragraph if you do not agree to this).
