About PayWell What is PayWell Salary & Benefits Survey? PayWell report provides specific information covering three areas: PayWell report is a tool created to assist HR professionals and decisionmakers to develop competitive HR policies that attract, motivate and retain talent & support the business strategy. 3

Report content: 3. Customised peer report* On top of the statistics provided according to the selected package, the participants can receive a customised report. This report supports more accurate analysis based on the sample of companies selected by you. Benchmarking and Analysis Tools Base Pay Review Tool Either you have a base pay structure, but you need to adjust it to reflect organisational changes and market dynamics, or you intend to build a new one, the Base Pay Review tool will help you integrate information from job evaluation / grading and market data and test impact of salary increase scenarios.
