ECO-FRIENDLY UTILIZATION

THE GROUP OF COMPANIES EFFECTIVELY UTILIZES SOLID DOMESTIC AND HAZARDOUS WASTE Utilization is carried out by ecological thermal destruction. As a result energy carrier is produced in the form of hot water, steam, electricity. TECHNOLOGY SPECIFITY HIGH EFFICIENCY OF WASTE ENERGY POTENTIAL USE The process is performed with the help of a special utilization complex. 1

HAZARDOUS WASTE UTILIZATION Hazardous waste products of industrial enterprises, automobile tyres, rubber technical products, overalls and shoes, oiled rags, etc. Solid household waste, pre-sorted, crushed, dried, optionally pressed into briquettes 2 Chemicals that do not meet the specification or the ones whose application period has expired Waste packages and containers, polymeric or wooden elements of building structures contaminated with unknown or dangerous to the environment and human health chemical substances. Treatment and preventive care establishments waste Bioorganic waste Products of oil refining (including waste oil) and oil sludge 3

THE THERMAL WASTE TREATMENT PROCESS THE MAIN PART OF THE UTILIZATION COMPLEX IS WASTE-HEAT BOILER Heat exchanger Exhaust manifold reactor Furnace WASTE-HEAT BOILER SCHEME 4 5

BEFORE UTILIZATION WASTE IS PREPARED ACCORDINGLY 1 Bulky waste is preliminarily ground by a crusher to a fraction of not more than 50 50 50 mm for automatic supply to the heat exchanger. 2 Dosed mixing of hazardous waste with chips is performed to prevent excess of permissible plastic and fat-containing wastes content in the burning layer. 3 When decontaminating pasty-like waste, calcium-containing mixtures are added to neutralize acid residues in the mass of waste. 4 Low-hazard waste that is part of solid household waste (MSW) is utilized as pre-prepared alternative solid fuel. UTILIZATION SYSTEM ALLOWS TO ENSURE AVERAGE CALORIE OF WASTE AT THE LEVEL OF 2500 TO 5500 KCAL / KG WASTE-CRUSHING COMPEX SCHEME Design productivity of the existing complex is 1500 kg / hour of conventional waste. Plastic, waste packages and containers, polymeric or wood elements of building structures contaminated with unknown or dangerous for the environment and human health chemicals and other types of waste are crushed. The production of alternative solid fuel on the basis of solid waste is carried out according to a separate technological regulation. Waste treatment is a continuous process. 6 7

THE PROCESS OF UTILIZATION AND ITS ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS ТHREE-STAGE PURIFICATION SYSTEM 1 The design of the waste-heat boiler provides a certain temperature regime (900 1300 C), under which waste, solid waste, RDF, regardless of composition and humidity, completely burn out. 2 Automatic air supply, increased combustion temperature and a 4-second exposure to flue gases in the high-temperature afterburner contribute to the complete destruction of waste and the absence of harmful substances at the output (the afterburner is equipped with injectors for additional fuel supply in case, if the temperature drops below 1100 C). 3 After the gas afterburner, the thermal potential of the combustion products is used in the waste-heat boiler to produce hot water (steam) for heating needs. Quenching of exhaust gases to a temperature of 300 C hardening excludes the recomplementation of dioxins, furans and other compounds. 4 After quenching the flue gases are sent to a three-stage purification system. 5 At the same time, the content of harmful substances in the waste gases is dozens of times lower than the maximum allowable concentration. CYCLONE BAG FILTER WET SCRUBBER 8 9

UTILIZATION COMPLEXES ARE MANUFACTURED IN UKRAINE This means guaranteed quality, rapid manufacture, delivery and service ADVANTAGES The unique design of the waste-heat boiler ensures complete incineration of waste. The grates are made of a heat-resistant cast iron alloy with a high chromium content and are arranged in rows. Their special design ensures minimal losses from mechanical incomplete and easy maintenance of the heat exchangers. The boilers use the Adaptation software, which allows the automatic operation of the equipment to be changed automatically, depending on the incoming fuel. The water-cooled furnace part of the wasteheat boilers in combination with the high-tech concrete makes it possible to incinerate waste in a wide range of humidity from 10 to 60% with maximum efficiency and low content of NOx and CO2. AND MORE Monitoring and automatic optimization of primary and secondary blast, flue gas circulation systems. Low operating costs and maximum service life. Optimum construction of double concrete floors and internal geometry of the furnace. И Intelligent control system for the combustion process, the utility as a whole, as well as the mechanisms for fuel supply and ash removal. Full automation of fuel supply and ash removal. A wide range of models, a large selection of additional options, possibility of exclusive design. A number of technical features make them ideal for the incineration of various types of waste. They comply with the current European standards and regulations for emissions of flue gases into the environment They were created on the basis of modern European achievements of engineering thought and advanced technologies of waste incineration The equipment functions in an automated mode with minimal human interference 10 11

WHY REENERGY IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS High-tech equipment that we use is a guarantee of real and environmentally friendly waste disposal. According to public organizations, no more than 14% of all enterprises that have licenses for the disposal of hazardous waste, have the necessary material and technical base and equipment. That is, 86% of licensees do not actually utilize hazardous waste but transport hazardous wastes to landfills or to the nearest forest belts instead. Choosing us, you choose the reputation of a responsible company, really caring about the country it works in and the health of its nation! Unlike them, the Reenergy group of companies responsibly carries out environmentally safe waste utilization on specialized equipment in compliance with all applicable norms of environmental legislation of Ukraine. WE SET THE TONE, SHOWING THROUGH OUR OWN EXAMPLE, THAT ONE CAN WORK IN THE AREA OF WASTE UTILIZATION IN A TRANSPARENT, ECOLOGICAL AND EFFICIENT WAY. 12
