Hotel Room Drop: $20,000 USD per drop (2 available - 1 Mon / 1 Tues - first right of refusal) This sponsorship provides the opportunity to have a collateral piece or giveaway item delivered to attendees staying at the conference hotel(s) of your choosing. The hotel staff will deliver your item in accordance with the hotel s room drop policies. The opportunity fee is for one night. Select your preferred date based on the order in which you purchase the sponsorship. Sponsor will work directly with the hotels to coordinate the drop. The per room delivery fee varies based on the hotel but generally ranges from $1 to $5. Design and messaging of any items must be approved by SAP Success- Factors.
