Applicant User Applicant will be able to create a profile, view and apply to the Posted Jobs. In addition, the applicant can upload resumes, view application status and track positions applied for. New Applicants New Users are required to enter Personal and Login information and verify email address provided prior to beginning the application process. 44

Navigation Applicant will have the following Navigation to Utilize: Dashboard is an overview of jobs, jobs applied and accepted Calendar shows applicants of upcoming interviews. Job search offers searches based on title, location, skill, & salary. My Jobs allows application tracking and status Manage profiles by updating resumes and profile details Dashboard The Dashboard overview allows applicants to view Total Jobs, Total Jobs Applied, and Total Accepted jobs 45

Applicants can quickly view their application completion percentage or which applicant tabs still need to be completed. Applicants will also see the statuses of the jobs that they ve applied to and will be able to accept or deny the job offer. Once they select their decision the HR Manager will get an email notification. Calendar Once an applicant is scheduled for an interview. The scheduled interview will appear in the the Calendar feature. To view interview dates: In the Navigation panel, click on Calendar. Enter the corresponding email and password for the email account that you wish to sync in the login section provided on the right, as seen below. 46

Once your email and password are entered, please click on the refresh icon to access your calendar availability. Please note, after an interview or event is scheduled, recipients will receive an email notification. Job Search To begin a job search, click on Job Search located in your Navigation panel on the left side of your screen. Here, applicants can search jobs by type, skills, location, and salary desired. The number to the right of Job Search represents the number of new jobs posted to be viewed. An example is provided below. New position posted for applicant to view 47

Job search To apply for a desired position: Applicants must click on Apply button on the lower right corner of the job description. A confirmation will ask, Are you sure you want to apply? Select, Yes or No to proceed. Please note, all applicants are required to upload a resume. Also, to prevent erroneous applications in the system, applicants do not have the ability to apply again once initial application has been submitted. My Jobs To view jobs previous applied to, click on My Jobs located in your Navigation panel on the left of your screen. This will show all the jobs the applicant has applied to. This also includes the Title, Status Date applied and last access to the corresponding position applied. 48

Applicants can also track their application status progress throughout the hiring process by clicking on last column to the right Track the position Manage Profile Manage profile is where applicants have access to view, edit and update profile details as well as upload resumes. Please note, it is important to complete this section. It offers a better chance for the applicant to fit a candidate match that employers may have set for certain positions posted. 49

To Start a Profile: To begin an applicant profile, use the tabs in the profile details to navigate through each section. Input any relevant data. Once the fields are filled out completely, click Save and move onto the next tab To View Profile Select the last tab listed, Preview in the Profile Details section. Please see picture below. Common Questions & Answers Upload Resume The system can take a second to parse your resume once you upload it. Once uploaded, give the system a min to properly load your resume. Please click upload only once. If you make changes to your resume, this will affect the rest of your application. Basic Details, Education & Experience, Skills Under basic details, after resume has uploaded, double check all fields. If any changes need to be made, make them and save at the bottom of the screen before proceeding. Job Experience must be limited to 500 characters Skills will auto populate from your parsed resume as well. Edit these listed skills with the proficiencies or select pre-loaded skills specific toward your positions. Make sure you select proficiency and click save before proceeding. There is a red button that saves all information. Professional References For Professional references special characters are not allowed in the file name of the document your uploading. Languages Known Languages known may auto populate due to resume parsing as well. Delete any blank entries. Employment Preferences Employment preferences may auto populate due to resume parsing, delete any blank entries and fill out one for all the positions you are looking for. Licenses/Certifications There cannot be any special characters in the title or certification area. That means no parenthesis, & -, etc. When uploading documents Only upload PDF,.Doc,.docx, JPEG, and PDF. Try to make sure the titles of your document don t have special characters. When uploading documents, keep the document size to 1 MB. Information on Applying for Jobs If you can t apply for a job please check your dashboard to see that you have completed all the necessary profile tabs. There are 13 tabs and if all 13 tabs are completed, you will be at 98%. This is the highest percentage you can have. Under Job search clicking the name of the position will open the full job details. You can apply from there as well. Once applying for a job make sure to properly sign up and make sure to Activate account. After initially signing an activation email is sent to you. You will not have access to the ATS until you have activated your account. ALL POSTINGS ARE REMOVED BY END OF BUSINESS DAY THE DAY BEFORE EXPIRATION DATE. You must have applied by this time. You can always apply first and then update your profile before the expiration date.

Teaching Application Procedure: Only online applications that meet 91% will be considered for any open position. A complete application includes: the online application the General McLane Applicant Essay Copies of transcript listing student teaching grade PA teaching certificate (If you have not received your certificate yet from PDE, provide a letter from your college dean stating that you have met academic and praxis requirements and that your certificate is in process) Four clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, Fingerprint and PDE Form 6004) that are within five years Certificate of completion for Act 126 Training Act 168 Form (your employees' verification does not need to be done, just complete the first section for each experience) Three letters of recommendation
