Bidder shall prepare any surface for the installation, including the moving of furniture, or repair of carpet and floor coverings, and install carpet, resilient sheet goods, resilient tile, wood floors and flooring (including the finishing and repairing thereof), and any other materials established as flooring and floor covering material. 3. Install new carpet and any associated required padding, adhesive, tack strip, transition strips, and seam work. B. Minimum Specifications: 1. Flooring materials will consist of commercial grade carpet, carpet squares, floating vinyl plank, laminate, cork flooring or linoleum. C. Warranty: Manufacturer's warranty shall be not less than one (1) year on all flooring materials. Bidders submitting literature stating warranties which do not fully comply with warranty requirements of these specifications must submit a letter from the manufacturer certifying warranty compliance as an integral part of their proposal. D. Options: Any option that could improve the safety, serviceability, reduced ownership/operating costs, durability or operator comfort of unit is of interest.
