MEDIA KIT Tune in to the new sound of advertising

about us Radio Suno 91.7 FM (Malayalam) and Radio Olive 106.3 FM (Hindi) becomes a part of history of the State of Qatar by being the first two private Asian FM channels to be aired from Qatar, catering to about 68% of the country s population covering the expats population from India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Srilanka and a part of local Qatari citizens who understands Hindi. It will be the No. 1 radio station of Qatar in terms of focused reach to the Asian population gathering around more than 1.6 million listeners. With contemporary popular music playing 24x7 along with RJs(Radio Jockeys) providing interesting general information, it generates audiences in the 14-60 age groups. The station is available in whole of Qatar making it the perfect launch-pad for nationwide radio ad campaigns. QATAR IN TERMS OF FOCUSED REACH TO THE ASIAN POPULATION MORE THAN 1.6 MILLION LISTENERS

why us? TARGETING Radio s diversity of programming affords advertisers niche channels to zero in on narrow target groups. Formats allow advertisers to speak selectively to consumers they want to reach. Local/regional structure means brands can focus on key marketing areas. IMMEDIACY Radio Suno 91.7 FM & Radio Olive 106.3 FM is on 24/7, reaching over 68% of people age 12 and older every week/ month & year. Consumers vary in their stages of the purchase cycle on-going Radio ads allow your product or brand to be front and center when people are ready to buy, even during off seasons. Radio reaches consumers close to the time and location of purchase, whether they re in-store or online shoppers. Reach listeners in-car when they re driving to stores, restaurants, etc.

ENGAGING UBIQUITY Radio is a mobile medium, reaching people at home, at work, at play, in cars. It s a companion and an advertising force that accompanies advertisers customers wherever they go Listeners feel an emotional connection with their preferred Radio stations. Passive forms of advertising merely list merchandise or tell where a product is available, radio is an active medium capable of stirring emotion, creating demand and selling products and services. Radio is a call-to-action medium. LOYALTY Radio continues to be perceived as central to people s lives Listeners tend to listen popular radio stations and are extremely loyal to their favorites Radio Jockeys. Research shows that Radio listeners have a low level of ad avoidance, staying tuned in through commercial breaks. A brand that is big in Radio can create a disproportionately large share of mind for itself

INTIMACY Approximately 1/3 of TV time is devoted to commercials, about 2/3 of newspapers are comprised of ad copy, and Internet users are now subjected to a barrage of advertising. With an average of 10 commercial minutes per hour (about 1/5 of each hour), Radio affords an uncluttered environment for advertisers. Radio ads are always forefront for the listener s attention ads aren t surrounded by competitors spots or buried in the back pages. SYNERGY Radio has a multiplier effect on other media. Audio-only medium stimulates a different part of the brain than video, print, online images. Adding Radio increases recall of TV, newspaper, Internet ads. Radio is proven to drive consumers to advertisers web sites. FREQUENCY Consumers need to be exposed to ad messages multiple times before they begin to respond. Radio s relatively low cost in relation to other media allows advertisers to use multiple stations to reach their targets and build frequency levels for maximum impact.

CREATIVE FLEXIBILITY Radio stars in the theater of the mind, stimulates emotion-filled images within the listener s own mind voices, music, sound effects, recall of video images. No matter how small or large the advertiser, Radio allows creativity to brand and create a unique identity that consumers will remember. Affordable production allows tailoring ads for compatibility to various formats, increasing appeal to listeners. Radio advertisers can adapt quickly to changes in their own situations and marketplace to make sure their budget is effectively utilized. COST EFFECTIVENESS Radio production costs less than TV, print. Radio is less expensive to buy than most major media, allowing advertisers to afford maximum reach and effective frequency.

HOW OUR 3 O S WILL ASSIST YOUR BRAND ON-AIR WHAT ARE OUR THREE 'O'S? ON GROUND ONLINE

ON-AIR Radio Commercials (The primary form of radio advertising!) Pre-defined time slots offered by Radio Stations for brands to promote themselves. These are the primary advertising elements radio offers, the oldest in the game. Commercial times are further classified on the following basis: Prime Time: 5am 10am 12pm 3pm 5pm - 9pm Non-Prime Time: 10am - 12pm 3pm - 5pm 9pm to 11pm 11pm-4am Spots can be utilized specifically mentioning brand name and any updates/information that your products needs to convey to the 68% of Asian population.

RJ (Radio Jockey) mentions (Get RJ s talking about your brand!) Popular RJ s can be rewarding influencers for your brand because of their huge fan following. The approaches differ, accordingly the content and the type of audience. Consider the required location, your preferred station among the two(preferably both as it covers the entire diaspora) and most importantly target group. They generally follow what the RJ certifies

Sponsorship Tags (Build your brand identity through on-air Sponsorship!) Radio sponsorships generate brand awareness through association with a radio station s programmes. A strong positive association is built in the listener s mind, between the brand name and the attributes of the sponsored programme. BRAND IDENTITY THROUGH ON-AIR STRONG POSITIVE IDENTITY

Contests (Engage the audience with interesting contests!) The radio station talks about the advertiser and asks questions giving the listeners a chance to win related prize provided by the advertiser. It is often the only way an advertiser can have access to the much coveted presenter live reads. Roadblock (Your brand, your time frame. Exclusively!) Acquire undivided attention by consuming all available ad spots within a time frame. Here your brand constantly keeps tapping the listeners mind to instil his top of mind awareness.

ONLINE We will brand the customer through all our social media platforms, which are primarily Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Twitter, Tunein, Our Website, Snapchat & blogs ON-GROUND (OUTDOOR BROADCAST) Here the radio station s presenter and its team broadcasts off-site as per the advertisers desired venue. This is a premium innovation but it s worth the cost to drive maximum listeners attention to your brand and create footfall at the venue.
