Build Options The Allrounder can be built DIY or let us do it for you. We offer 2 main build options and can customise our service to meet your needs. 1 - Owner Builder Assist This is a good option if you want to reduce the costs of your project but don t want to build the cabin yourself. It requires obtainment of your construction white card and owner builder permit (can be done online for around $150 each). You have the option to project manage it yourself or The Cabin Warehouse can take care of everything for you, including approvals. Our team of fully registered tradesman will then complete the build for you. Pricing for Owner Builder Assist: * Full build of cabin, including foundation under owner builder ticket: $3600 * Project management fee for hands off build (optional): $500 * Plumbing estimate: $2000 * Electrical estimate: $2000 2 - Full Build For a completely hands-off build leave it to our team of professionals to take care of it for you. The Cabin Warehouse will project manage the project (and gain approvals) while our team of fully registered builders will take care of everything else. This option includes 5 years of builder warranty.
