Design department & Mechanical welding Design department We are involved from the initial engineering stages to select the best combination of part design and manufacturing process for your project, providing the assurance of manufacturability and quality within required tolerances and specifications. Our mechanical, electrical and automation departments design with Autocad and Solidworks workstations. Mechanical welding Our core competency is the manufacture of complex precision fabrications from low-carbon or high-alloy steel plate (thickness > 8mm, up to 15 tons). MIG-MAG and TIG welding. Semi-automatic welding. Automatic fluxcored welding. Forming. Our welders are certified to EN287-1 and ASME IX standards, and our quality inspectors are COFREND qualified. We can perform, in accordance with your specifications, all kinds of non-destructive inspections. We can assure high precision and accuracy, even for the largest of parts. Our manufacturing dimensional range is 12000mm X 2700mm X 2300 mm including 5-axis milling.
