The headquarter is located in Denmark. Here approx. 200 employees work with design, sales, service and production. Our own factory in China produces hydraulic cylinders for a wide range of applications, both as customer specific solutions and according to specifications in our standard program. High pressure, high frequency and high temperatures INDUSTRY LJM Hydraulik has significant experience with development, production and delivery of hydraulic cylinders to a large range of industries. Fully automated processes place great demands on the production equipment and the components that are used in that equipment s construction. Here the hydraulic cylinders play an important role as they will often be utilized at very high intensity in a warm and possibly even corrosive environment. The hydraulic cylinders must be designed and manufactured with a view to maximum reliability so that expensive production downtime is avoided. The food and chemical industries, where work is carried out at high speeds, use a stainless steel version or another corrosive resistant material. In the automotive, iron, metal, and timber industries, great demands are placed on a clean environment, a high frequency, extremely accurate positioning, or a very high pressure. Our cylinders are often mounted onto equipment with a limited space envelope. With the goal of ensuring that the built in dimensions are correct, we often supply 3D cylinder drawings adapted to the customers application. Using 3D CAD drawings, this solution saves time and also provides security for optimizing the entire development process. The wind is a natural part of our everyday life WIND For more than 30 years LJM Hydraulik has delivered pitch and lock cylinders to a number of the world s leading windmill manufacturers. The experience we have build up will benefit our customers, both in the production and after sales segments. LJM Hydraulik s headquarters is located in Western Jutland, very close to the small city of Lem. This in a part of Denmark is often very windy and the entire Danish windmill industry has its origins here. Therefore, wind and the industry linked to it, has always been a natural part of our daily lives. At LJM we have been a part of it from the start. For many years a preferred supplier of pitch and lock cylinders to Vestas windmills, we know the industry s requirements inside and out. We have built up an entire production unit that solely produces cylinders for our windmill customers. A lot of windmills are manufactured with LJM hydraulic pitch and lock cylinders.
