You are able to insert a checklist pattern for each individual port. The checklist is created once a vessel calls at the port and individuals are assigned specific tasks using a workflow management tool. Once a task has been completed, the operator responsible for undertaking that task is identified with a timestamp. LIMA for carriers Hamburg Manila Miami Singapore Detailed overview for all expected activities per port call Create pre-defined templates Exception handling by pre-defined rules Automatic reminders if a due date is missed Bunker Management, Vessel reporting, Capacity management, Sea Map, Exception handling and more Never miss planned activities Automatic workflow management The checklist is integrated with the exception list and open tasks are highlighted and displayed in a specific color assigned by you. VOYCES Pro Add-ons gives you the option of taking a range of additional features that will seamlessly integrate with VOYCES PRO and provide you with an enhanced and feature-rich operations software package tailored to your business needs. Bunker consumption calculation during schedule planning Bunker management Onboard app for vessel reporting Our bunker management module is a comprehensive facility comprising the administration of bunker contracts, submission of bunker orders and consumption calculations including costs and bunker planning. Consumption of various bunker types detailed in the individual vessel specifications is automatically linked to the vessel schedule. This allows you to see immediately the impact on bunker consumption and associated cost for any change to the schedule. This ensures that one of the major cost drivers for shipping companies is comprehensively managed. Any special regulations such as SECA - or special bunker requirements are also incorporated. In addition, this tool will manage consumption of bunkers in port as well as those associated with vessel crane operations. The bunker planning screen gives an overview of remaining bunkers for each vessel. Numbers highlighted in red indicate that bunkers are running low and that bunkering is required in one of the ports indicated. Ports where bunker contracts are available are highlighted in green and those with a canister indicates that a bunker order is available. Vessel Reporting Bunker contracts Bunker planning Bunker orders Bunker consumption calculation Bunker cost estimation This application creates and manages your vessel reports. It runs onboard your ship as a standalone thumbdrive application (and therefore does not require any installation) and converts standard vessel reports into an XML format for easy email or web transmission to your shore-side operations department. Vessel reports are received ashore using Softship VOYCES and are automatically imported. Your operations team is then given the option to accept the report and update the vessel s schedule accordingly. Bunker planning screen In addition, the report forwarder will automatically convert the XML file into a readable PDF report which can be sent on to any chosen recipients. Port call checklist Position reports and arrival/departure reports are available in standard formats and individual versions are easily customised. In addition, an internal design tool allows you to create your own styles and layout. Port call screen The schedule overview screen in VOYCES connects directly with the port call screen allowing you to view specific port calls for a particular vessel. This screen gives full details including ETA/ETS at relevant berths as well as expected loading and discharging of cargo. Using terminal performance measures, this facility also allows you the flexibility to calculate a new ETS taking the performance of the port into account. The port call screen is directly linked to the booking data facility within Softship LINE so that all cargo due to be handled within a specified port can be viewed. VOYCES brings cockpit like visibility into all port call activities and provides interactive links to various modules of VOYCES, including current schedules, SOF, bunker orders, checklists, vessel capacity and utilization, next port call, previous port call, and more - all from one screen. Critical events (such as delays) are shown in red with time gains shown in green. The port-call screen reflects all planned and actual times as well as cargo details for a specific port-call detailed at berth level. As Port call screen operations progress, this screen updates the actual times related to the port call. Changes implemented here will update the port call schedule and can also pre-set the values in the Statement of Facts. VOYCES monitors planned versus actual port call productivity, including: Planned operations hours (planned first move until planned last move) Actual operations hours (actual first move until actual last move) Planned moves (number of container to be loaded, discharged and re-stowed according to booking situation) Actual moves Moves per hour Terminal profiles can be maintained so that the user can browse the terminal specifics such as opening hours. Booking lists and container stowage positions can be retrieved interactively. Cargo can be shifted to a different terminal using the Terminal Movement module (truck/feeder from terminal A to B) which automatically generates transport orders. Detailed overview for all expected load/discharge activities per berth Terminal performance measurement, actual versus planned moves Cargo shifting between terminals and berths by all transport means Cargo volumes automatically retrieved from booking data Pro-actively manage port call progress Terminal performance management Ensure that port-stay time is not exceeded

Capacity planning This module takes the confirmed bookings from LINE to give a graphical overview of the current load factor and available capacity of the whole voyage. Cargo on board values from previous port calls together with all cargo to be discharged or loaded at each port are calculated and presented in real-time to the operations manager. Rebooking of cargo (using drag and drop for a pair of ports, or by using the booking list for a single booking) into a booking basket allows the user to simulate cargo shifts and derive the most optimum cargo mix. Results are calculated and displayed immediately. Once all simulations are approved, the capacity planning module will action the rebooking activities. Automatic inputs from bookings software Capacity what-if scenarios can be simulated by using the rebooking function Capacity status or overview per single port and for the whole voyage Rebooking port pair wise by drag and drop or via booking list per single booking Booking reports Real time load factor visibility Find optimum utilization scenario Complete cargo mix visibility Maximise vessel utilisation Capacity planning overview Booking list

Sea Map Sea Map is a great graphical interface to view the current position of all the vessels in your fleet and let you benefit from the combination of AIS, Schedule and vessel report data. The AIS information is enriched by actual Vessel KPIs from VOYCES like planned ETA, planned ETS, cargo on board, heading, speed and many more. Actual vessel speeds can be monitored and deviations from speed orders be tracked online in VOYCES. All vessels linked to schedules in VOYCES can be shown in Sea Map and VOYCES adds comprehensive color codes: - Green : vessel will arrive before ETA - Red : vessel will arrive after ETA - Grey : vessel is currently under cargo operation - Blue : vessel is at anchorage VOYCES Pro compares actual AIS information with the schedule data to highlight differences and exceptions such as delays or unscheduled port calls. Various data sources are displayed to allow comparisons to be made. These include: AIS from third party provider Schedule Information from VOYCES Current Schedule Vessel report data from the ship s master Other features available from OpenSeaMap include overlays displaying sea marks, actual weather conditions, significant wave heights and more. Graphical overview of the fleet Incorporated vessel KPIs Layers for multiple weather conditions Combined data from AIS, VOYCES and vessel reports Real time visibility of the fleet Color codes to visualize the vessel status
