BUNDLE EXTRACTION SERVICES Aerial Lift Unit 45 Ton x 96 Diameter x 29 Ft Pull Length 60 Ton Pulling Force with 45 Ton Max. Bundle Weight The Aerial bundle extractor is a self contained unit, which is easily lifted in position by a crane. The machine has it s own air cooled diesel engine, which drives the hydraulic system and is operated via remote control. The Extractor uses a special lifting frame, which is constructed in such a way that it has a maximum reach into the construction. The load is trimmed using a Aerial balancing cylinder which makes it also easy to off load the bundles when the extractor is lowered to the ground. Due to the use of a pulling hook mechanism and 2 butt plates which are clamped against the extractor s shell, the massive power of 60.000kgf is compensated against the shell flange and not against the structure.
