It comes also with the most intuitive interface and relevant content for your business. New User Interface Ensure full acceptance of your online booking solution and save agents valuable time thanks to Amadeus e-power Consolidator s latest exciting features. This complete redesign means more than changing the look and feel; it streamlines the booking process itself. The user interface is refined in many ways making it easier and faster to customise sites, to search and book, and more efficient at all stages. After having been shown to work in Spain and France, the redesign of the user interface improves the usability and performance of Amadeus e-power Consolidator with: Clear and easy search and book > New appealing look and feel A new colour palette and the redesign of its breadcrumbs, icon and, widgets make it easy to spot, choose and get immediate results throughout the different pages. These are also just the start of deep layout changes in Amadeus e-power Consolidator facilitating customisation capabilities. The overall performance of the site is improved with easier access to other results page. > Shorter booking flow (3 steps) Finalising a booking is now as easy as: Plan (your Trip), Check-out and Confirmation. Thanks to the combination of passenger details with payment and delivery in a single page, the booking flow drops from five to three steps making it all smoother. > Improved navigation with redesigned flight + hotel booking flow On top of the layout changes, the navigation becomes more efficient helping users accomplish frequent tasks. By default, the system suggests the cheapest combination of flight and hotels. Users can also build their own selection. The total price is displayed with the calculated savings including an additional discount related to the simultaneous booking of flight and hotel, to encourage such combinations over single component bookings. > New calendars with extended views The new calendars provide an easy to identify two months overview and highlight the holiday periods per selected zone. Dynamic cross-sell Once a flight is selected, the system now automatically proposes contextual hotel and car offers in the shopping basket page, which maximises selling opportunities. Figure 2: Shopping basket with dynamic cross-sell Benefits Consolidators: o Enhancements brought to the user interface add value to develop your network while providing agencies a quicker access to the relevant fares. o Showing direct cross-sell proposals creates new revenue opportunities while enhancing customer experience. Pin and compare functionality This functionality allows travel agents to select (up to three) proposals in the comparison section of the search result page for further reference and comparison. Quotation module 1 This feature allows a quotation booking flow for Amadeus flights and hotels and for low cost carriers (via Travel Fusion). Based on Amadeus Offers 2, it gives the possibility to exchange trip proposal details with travellers via e-mail. By storing travel data in a single location and using the pin and compare functionality, travel agents can now select up to twenty flights and five hotels, and send them by email, embedding the offer in a PNR for a trip not yet booked. The Offer notice is a customisable, preformatted html email that includes: flight and/ or hotel details, pricing, a summary of fare conditions 3, and a pdf attachment with the information listed above. Figure 3: Quotation module Customisable fields allow the information to be adapted and branded to your agency s specification, including your logo and contact details. The end-user can retrieve the proposals in various ways, providing full cross-channel consistency: via email with a.pdf attachment via the www.checkmytrip.com website or via the Checkmytrip mobile app, which takes into account the availability at each refresh to only display the valid ones. 1 Integration of Amadeus Offers 2 Amadeus Offers is a unique, industry-leading solution that revolutionises demand management for travel agents, delivering more efficient and transparent management of pre-booking activities together with smarter business intelligence that benefits both your business and your customers. 3 Based on Amadeus Mini Rules Page 5 of 7

The travel agent can retrieve them via Amadeus Selling Platform thanks to the PNR number, traveller name or dates. The pricing and availability can be refreshed to ensure they are kept upto-date and once selected, an offer can be quickly retrieved and confirmed into a booking in a single transaction. Moreover, the consolidator can configure a cross-sell justification with the objective to push complementary sales when an offer for a flight, or hotel, or both is made. In this case the relevant button to book the subsequent hotel or flight becomes clearly visible and links to a prepopulated booking page. Benefits: Amadeus Offers unique innovation and rewarding user experience benefits your business, affiliated agencies and end-customers: Consolidator: o Optimise operations management: benefit from a synchronised management of customers requests. o Increase productivity and revenues with an automated process, replacing time-consuming workarounds. The Offer notice simplifies customer followup while enhancing the support delivered. o o Improve customer acquisition as the travel data stored provides opportunity to generate leads accompanied with more efficient proposals. Ensure customer loyalty thanks to analysis and reports of pre-booking behaviours and trends. This gives travel agents a valuable source of information to optimise operations management. Moreover, the extensive customisation of the document allows the information to be adapted and branded to the agency s specification, including logo and contact details, reinforcing brand with customers. Travellers: o Enhance customer satisfaction: your customers benefit from a transparent and dynamic travel experience, with clear information immediately available. They can consider several options, before taking a decision, get back to the alternatives in a three months period and across various channels with the booking number. Page 6 of 7

Payment Rule Module When a travel agency cannot use the customer s credit card details, there are three possibilities: Use its own credit card, manually each time, Use a pre-recorded credit card thanks to an automated process, and retrieve information stored under Amadeus Profiles, Use a virtual credit card. In accordance with the second option, this module allows defining payment rules to attach credit card methods to predefined providers. These rules assign the use of a credit card to: a specific content, carrier or affiliated agencies. This automation also enables to prioritise the cards under the same conditions. The credit card information is stored under Amadeus Profiles (traveller profiles, agency profiles or corporate profiles). Benefits: Consolidator: o Figure 4: Payment rule module Stay in control while giving more flexibility. This gives the possibility for independent travel agencies to use the credit card number of the consolidator, without having to ask for the code details. They also have a back-up credit card source to overcome credit card refusal issues. o Save time and increase flexibility thanks to the process automation with rule definition. This replaces the time-consuming manual tasks previously necessary to fill in the same credit card details each time the customer s credit card couldn t be used. This in turn facilitates adoption.
