AGENCY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES CONSUMER DIRECTED CARE PLUS (CDC+) PROGRAM ONLINE PROGRAM READINESS REVIEW Course: Consumer Representative Training Please choose the correct answer. 1.
