The presentation shall cover at least on, but not limited to, the following subjects: - laws and regulations governing insolvency - national enforcement system and procedures - capacity building and training of judicial officers - recent development/innovations in insolvency - external relations and cooperation (bilateral/multilateral) * For a more effective way of sharing and exchanging information, all delegations are requested to submit via e-mail a 5-to-8-page country report (and the PowerPoint presentation, if any) to the Secretariat at least 2 weeks prior to the Meeting, so that the country report (and the PowerPoint presentation, if any) will be produced as the Meeting materials and disseminated to all delegates on DAY 1. - Brunei - Cambodia
