After examining the Price Bids, indicative price of the L-1 Bidder among the eligible bidders shall be fixed as start bid price for Reverse Auction. Thereafter, an appropriate Decrement Value shall be fixed based on the indicative prices submitted by the eligible bidders under cover-ii. Reverse Auction will commence after one hour, once the decremental value is fixed. If it is observed that the indicative prices submitted by the Pre-qualified Bidders are exorbitantly high, the indicative prices thus received may not necessarily form the basis for deciding the start bid price and decrement value.
