The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) shall have 30 days after receipt of your complete application to review your plans, as defined in the Association Design Guidelines. The ACC will respond in writing to your application, verbal approvals will not be given. Members are responsible for reading and complying with the requirements of the Design Guidelines. Any violation(s) overlooked by the Association does not constitute approval of those violations. The requirements contained in this form are a partial representation of the Design Guidelines, and do not replace the Association documents. Any cost associated with the correction of non-conformance issues will be borne solely by the owner. Owner agrees to maintain the improvement approved by the ACC for Trilogy COA. Owner agrees to comply with all city, county, and state laws and will obtain all necessary permits. The ACC recommends that each owner obtain a re-certification of proper drainage by a certified specialist after Improvement(s). Garbage Enclosure Illustrations Garbage Enclosure Maximum Length 10 feet 6.36 Trash Can Enclosures. Trash can enclosure must be no longer then 10 feet, no wider than 5 feet and not less than 4 feet in height and no greater than 5 feet in height. Six (6) feet high enclosures will be considered only if it is part of the perimeter fence. Trash can enclosure must be stuccoed and painted to match the main color of the Dwelling Unit. Trash can enclosure must be placed at least 5 feet back from the front of the Dwelling Unit.
