KEY OBSERVATIONS o o o o NF Reporting Directive is a significant step forward Companies should be able to understand and build on the added value created through NF Reporting Clarification of what and how is necessary The level of maturity of stakeholders and particularly regulators in local markets does not guarantee compliance with the spirit of the Directive The numerous reporting standards and frameworks (more than 380 recorded in 2015) along with other reporting requirements (financial and governance issues) creates confusion, more bureaucracy, extra costs and new barriers in transparency and integrity 3 May 2017 11
