Integrated design lowers ongoing operating costs. New technologies enhance health and well being. Healthier buildings can reduce builder s liability. Tenants costs can be significantly reduced. Many financial incentive programs are available: - Federal tax credits for renewable energy, homes that use 50% less energy than 2003 code, energy efficient windows & appliances - State tax credits & low interest loans - Utility rebate programs Protects our Valley s pristine assets!
