TEMPSENS Instuments (I) Pvt. Ltd is a part of Pyrotech group which was established by four technocrats in 1976 at Udaipur, with our first product as Thermocouples and RTDs. Today Tempsens is one of the largest manufacturer of temperature sensors in India. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company with NABL Accredited Laboratory. The company is involved into manufacturing of Thermocouples, RTDs, Thermowells and Calibration Equipments etc. In continuation to provide all temperature sensors related products under one roof to customers, we have started manufacturing of Cables and Mechanical Components such as Thermowells, compression fittings, flanges, bayonets etc. In our new unit, we manufacture all types of cables for temperature sensors and instrumentation. We have also started new company Marathon Heater (I) Pvt. in Joint Venture with Marathon Heater Inc.,USA for manufacturing of high quality Industrial Heaters. We have tied up with world leaders in Temperature measuring technology for critical components, Non contact Temperature measurement and Thermal imaging solutions. Manufacturing Facilities We have full-fledged production facility spread in an area of 16000 sq mt equipped with most modem equipments and skilled work force. Our production house is equipped with advanced CNC machines, Micro Plasma, and Laser Machine Welding, Deep Hole Drilling Machines which ensure ultimate perfection, uniformity and fast execution of projects. With these machines we are able to offer high quality miniature Thermocouple with small diameter upto 0.25 mm to our customers. NABL Accredited Calibration Lab and Services We have well furnished lab for Temperature calibration equipped with Fixed point cells, high stable calibration furnaces, measurements and accurate master sensors traceable to National and International Standards. We also provide Thermography Survey for predictive and preventive maintenance and Furnace Survey to check uniformity of furnaces
