Each sofa is carefully handcrafted using the finest materials which are specially chosen for durability, comfort and sustainability. The company was founded in 2013 by a group of furniture artisans to address the specific needs of discerning consumers who are looking for unique and one of a kind sofas for their modern homes and offices. CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERMS & CONDITIONS HOW TO BUY Once we receive your order, we ll review it manually and send an order confirmation once it s approved. Before placing an order, please select each modular section and fabric color carefully. Be sure to pay attention to the dimensions of each piece and the overall dimensions, and ensure it is the size that you want. Orders are nonrefundable once production begins. PAYMENT After receiving the order confirmation, customers will have 10 days from the order date for a full refund. Orders are non-refundable once production begins. PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES The production time for standard pieces is 8 to 10 weeks, and for customized pieces it is 10-12 weeks. Production begins once payment is received. SHIPPING We ship our products from North America to Europe, the Americas, and most countries in Asia by ocean or airfreight. Our shipping partners are carefully selected for their competitive rates and service. For North American orders (Continental USA and Canada) shipping is free with the exception of NY and FL which is a flat fee of $75 USD while for the rest of the world the delivery costs will be quoted on your order confirmation. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND ORDERS FROM THE CONTINENTAL U.S. We regularly ship to other countries and U.S. territories via ocean freight. The standard shipping time is 30 days, and the shipping cost is quoted separately depending on the size of your order and the final destination. Please call us for an exact shipping quote. Note that any applicable local duties, taxes, and special handling charges are extra. RETURN The production time for standard pieces is 8 to 10 weeks, and for customized pieces it is 10-12 weeks. Production begins once payment is received. PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES You have 45 days to return unless it is damaged, soiled, or excessively used. There will be a restocking fee of 40% of payment for each order that is non-refundable due to the custom nature of each order. We will pay for the return shipping cost; however the original shipping cost is non-refundable. You are responsible for packaging items in a secure manner and are responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping which is not already covered by standard shipping insurance. All C.O.M (customer s own material) sales and custom configuration orders are final. Unfortunately we cannot accept such returns unless your furniture arrives with shipping related damage. In such an event, only the actual damaged pieces may be returned for an exchange or credit, but not a full refund. If the outside packaging for your order appears damaged, we recommend you refuse delivery of the order and to contact us immediately so that we can file a damage claim and/or arrange for the shipping company to inspect the goods carefully. 21
