ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA In the section below, please demonstrate how you meet the eligibility criteria for this role. You must have met the criteria by the closing date stated for the role. Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role offering advice to Line Managers on a range of complex HR issues. Relevant business experience would also be an advantage. CIPD membership and/or professional HR qualification. Specialist employee relations knowledge and experience, including extensive knowledge of relevant NI employment legislation and consultation requirements and processes. Demonstrated knowledge of key change disciplines from a HR perspective.
Internal consultancy skills and the ability to influence others. Strong PC skills, with proven proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP. HR Project management / implementation experience preferable.
