Improve Your Competitive Advantage We offer a solution that allows our clients to differentiate themselves from their competitors. By using our solutions highly configurable and dynamic yield management capabilities, you can sell the right product to the right price. By using a solution with a plethora of options when it comes to ticket fares and booking terms, you can work with different fares based on time of stay, based on time of booking and based on demand. For each fare it is possible to define individual terms how that specific fare can be booked, amended or cancelled. Available and accessible with integrations The word integration comes from Latin and means whole or entire and that describes exactly how we look at integrations. Together with integrations to other systems or suppliers, e.g. to payment providers, finance systems, passenger gates etc., BOOKIT becomes a stronger and more complete product. We bring different products into BOOKIT creating a smoothly working and user friendly system. To accommodate our quest of being an open and accessible product, we provide an API (Application Programming Interface) through which external systems can interact with the reservation system in various ways. This offers nearly infinitive possibilities. Web bookings & apps We offer our clients to either use our standard web booking or to build it on our API. As a complement to the traditional web booking, many of our clients also offer their customers a booking app or a web booking optimized for a smartphone. This is all done via our API and is a way of getting more and more bookings made by the customer themselves instead of contacting the call centre. Self-service kiosks Self-service kiosks are often used in terminals and gives your customers the possibility to either check-in on their prebooked sailing or to manage and pay their bookings. Mobile check-in Via a mobile check-in app the customer can easily check-in on a sailing via their smartphone. When arriving at the terminal they can be embarked on the correct sailing maybe by using their contactless RF id attached to their customer card generated from BOOKIT. Handheld check-in & embarkation Many of our clients also use handheld devices for check-in, either as the only way of checking in or as a complement to other forms of check-in. Via our handheld check-in device you can check-in and/or embark previously made bookings or create new bookings. Automatic number plate recognition For vehicle check-in our clients have shown that automatic number plate recognition not only speeds up the check-in process by opening the correct booking on the BOOKIT screen even before the customer has pulled up to the check-in window, it has also shown that it is great customer service.
