WPE Diamond WPE Diamond is an extremely dense material, consisting of a cement, in combination with special Mikrosilika and superplasticizer. Through its high-density, nonporous structure a extreme compressive strength can be generated. An advantage of this dense structure is that no corrosive material can penetrate through pores which makes to a very good corrosion protection material. With the WPE Diamond binder and an admixture of extremely hard and heatresistantceramics such as bauxite, corundum and silicon carbide WPE Diamond is a wear protection material with excellent features. WPE Diamond Cast is a castable version. This version can be used in combination with quarz, bauxite, corundum or silicon cabide. WPE Diamond Cast is temperature resistant up to 840 F. ast C WPE Diamond Cast HT is a high temperature castable version. This version can be used in combination with bauxite, corundum or silicon cabide are delivered. WPE Diamond Cast HT is temperature resistant up to 2100 F. C HT ast WPE Diamond Spray is a sprayable version. This version can be used in combination with quarz, bauxite, corundum and silicon carbide. WPE Diamond Spray is temperature resistant up to 840 F. Both products plus water must mixed in a pan-pot-mixer according to the WPE installation manual. WPE Diamond can installed on metallic or on concrete surface with a expanded mesh as a anchor system. After 48 hours curing time the lined area is ready for use.
