Step 1: Commit, Learn, Participate The more committed you are to achieving your goals, the quicker you ll succeed. Check off each of these items in the first two days of starting your Améo business. Set your goals. Write down what you want to accomplish with your Améo business (page 7). Commit yourself to maximizing the 2plication bonus and establish yourself on the Collabor8 Success System. Set an aggressive time frame for accomplishing these goals. Identify your leaders. Start building your network. List everyone you know. Identify the people who have the potential to become your top 8 Builder 500 leaders. Think outside the box to find people you want to work with and help to succeed (page 14). Ready, set, ENROLL! Plan a meeting in your home or other location. Invite 3 or more of your leader contacts to attend your meeting within the next two days. Your enroller can help you organize your meeting. Track each contact you make. Use the Contact Tracker (pages 28) to keep a record of conversations, appointments and follow-ups. 3
Study and learn. Learn how to use your Améo essential oils. Use the Wellspring series to educate yourself and download the Améo oil phone app. Start using your Améo essential oils for both you and your family and write down your results. Your positive experiences will help your business succeed. Present your first meeting. Organize your meeting and make sure your contacts attend and have an enjoyable time. Listen and learn from your mentor. Help your contacts understand why you chose the Améo opportunity. Enroll your contacts or leave them wanting more information so you can follow up later. How to Earn Money as a Distributor Amèo s rewarding Compensation Plan provides 8 unique ways to earn income: 1. DIRECT SALES Earn income by purchasing products at wholesale price and selling them at retail price. You keep the profit. 2. FIRST ORDER BONUS (FOB) Receive a 10-20% Bonus (up to $100) when one of your Personally Sponsored Distributors or Preferred Customers places a first-time order. 3. 2PLICATION BONUS Build the correct structure and duplicate your efforts with your team. See page 22 for details 4. VOLUME ORDER REBATE (VOR) Receive rebate bonuses when you order or when someone you personally sponsor orders more than 250 PV in Volume during any Commission Period. 5. TEAM COMMISSIONS Team Commissions are the backbone of the Zija Compensation Plan. This binary plan means that you have the benefit of being placed in one of two legs (left or right) in your Sponsor s group. You will then be compensated based on successfully building two legs of your own. Your Sponsor or Upline may also place people in your Downline, and these people will count toward your Team Commissions and rank qualification. 6. LEADERSHIP CHECK MATCH (LCM) Earn a Leadership Check Match based on a percentage of Team Commissions from people that you personally sponsor, people that they personally sponsor, and so on, up to 8 generations. 7. DIAMOND POOL We have reserved up to 4% of the company s total Commissionable Group Volume for Qualified Diamond Executives. The more qualifying Leadership Legs and Leaders you create, the more points you earn in the Pool. This bonus is paid weekly, based on your earned portion of the Pool. 5
8. MULTIPLE BUSINESS CENTERS As your organization expands, you can essentially sponsor yourself by adding additional Business Centers to your organization. With each additional Business Center, you may earn up to another $10,000 per week in Team Commissions. You will receive your second Business Center at Triple Diamond rank, and your remaining two Business Centers at Diamond Elite rank. Terms You Should Know Cycle One week (Saturday through Friday). Product commissions are paid based once per cycle for the previous cycle. Period 4 cycles (28 days). Team earnings based on volume loyalty program are calculated and paid per period. PV Personal Volume. Each order/product has a Personal Volume as well as a wholesale price. Your earnings and rankings are based on the PV of the items you are responsible for. For example, if a team member under you is receiving an order of $200, your group volume will be credited with 150 PV. Remember you need a PV of at least 500 from both of your team legs to qualify as a Builder 500. Wholesale price The price you pay for your Amèo Oils. Retail price The price you charge your customers for Amèo oils. This price is higher than the wholesale price. You receive the difference between wholesale and retail price. Fast Start Your one-time bonus on your new member s initial order. You must have a qualifying order of either 75PV or earn 150PV that period to qualify. Power leg This leg is your cycle s most productive leg. Focus leg In order to advance in rank and get the highest possible earnings, both legs of your team must produce. Your lesser producing leg is your focus leg. 6
