Estonian opportunities Estonian capital Tallinn, is the EU memberstate capital that is closest to China. Estonia has a 1229 km rail network with 1520 mm gauge that connects us with the European part of Russia and all of Asia. border station in the European Union with a throughput capacity of 5,000 trains per year. This station has very good conditions for all transported cargo types and is ready for increased volumes of container haulage. There is also phytosanitary control. Estonia is a country that is flexible and small, yet also very capable and perfectly suited for being a centre of logistics. Situated on the edge of the European Union, next to Russia and Scandinavia, Estonia enables access to about 300 million customers with substantial purchasing power. An open economy, excellent transport junctions and central location in the Baltic Sea region make Estonia an ideal haulage hub. Unhindered throughput capacity on the railway and at the ports facilitates allow easy multiplication of haulage volumes. The infrastructure in Estonia is capable of processing trains that are both heavy and long, 1,500 metres. The Koidula and Valga border stations receive trains of up to 5,200 tons, the Narva border station up to 5,600 tons, rising to 7,000 tons subject to special agreement. On the border between Estonia and Russia at Koidula you will find the most modern Estonia has three deepwater ports with modern equipment that remain navigable all year round: Sillamäe, Paldiski and Muuga. The ports are capable of processing ships with a displacement of up to 300,000 tons and receive container and ro-ro vessels every day. Our ports have regular connections with European ports (including Hamburg, Lübeck, Rotterdam) and daily departures to Sweden and Finland. E-trade has developed substantially in Estonia over the recent years: the necessary warehouses and distribution centre have been established to serve the whole European Union and Russia. 1 Estonian opportunities

EVR Cargo EVR Cargo is an international logistics enterprise that focuses on railway transport. We carry goods, offer railway wagons for rent and both build and maintain rolling stock. We are the oldest and largest railway freight enterprise in Estonia, with almost 150 years of experience, and we employ about 650 people across the country. EVR Cargo is owned exclusively by the Estonian state. Our primary clients are forwarders, owners of bulk goods, transit haulage companies and production enterprises. EVR Cargo is constantly developing as we expand the range of railway transport services and explore new business directions. We support import and export activities connected with Estonia and intermodal freight transport in Estonia and between Estonia, Russia, China and Scandinavia. 6 7 EVR Cargo EVR Cargo

Freight transport We have extensive experience in the haulage of different cargo types. We constantly transport in Estonia and in transit chemical goods, fertilisers, petroleum products, oil shale, timber, grain, heavy and oversize machinery, loose goods, palm oil, raw sugar and so on. We also transport hazardous goods and containers on a daily basis. Approximately 60% of EVR Cargo s total freight volume comprises transit trade via Estonia. Our main partners are companies based in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. We transport goods to all destinations in Estonia, including the ports of Muuga, Paldiski and Sillamäe, also through Estonian-Russian and Estonian- Latvian border points to anywhere across Europe and Asia. For 10 years we have been operating the container trains from Muuga Harbour to Moscow. With our partners we ensure that the cargo gets delivered to the Black Sea region, Yekaterinburg, countries of Central Asia and elsewhere. Every day we transport oversize items and create special attachment schemes for them. We possess extensive experience in transporting all sorts of heavy machinery: tractors, bulldozers, cranes and lorries, as well as factory equipment, construction and industrial structures, crawler vehicles. We guarantee rapid railway wagon turnover: two days from border to border, unloading included. We react promptly and flexibly to clients wishes and constantly improve our customer service. We are introducing regular container trains for various types of freight to import and transit from China and to export suitable goods to China that include all sorts of timber and powdered milk. In cooperation with our partners we provide individualised and comprehensive solutions covering everything from haulage route planning to delivery of the cargo to the client s site, as well as cargo storage at a customs warehouse. 8 9 Freight transport Freight transport

Rolling stock rent Railway wagon rent is one of EVR Cargo s primary activities and it has evolved into a separate business direction over the recent years. Our wagons are equipped for the 1520 mm gauge railways and successfully transport goods between China and Europe. We have approximately 3,000 railway wagons of different types: closed, roofless, flat, tanks, refrigerators and hoppers. We are also purchasing new railway wagons to support vital freight transport solutions, such as flat wagons for container haulage, flat and roofless wagons for timber haulage. EVR Cargo also has locomotives for rent, both for individual haulage trips and long-term projects. You can rent from us C30-M, C36-7, TEM TMH and CME3 locomotives. We offer for rent mostly these railway wagon types: closed, flat, roofless, hoppers and tanks. 10 11 Rolling stock rent Rolling stock rent

Rolling stock repairs and technical inspections EVR Cargo has lengthy experience of rolling stock repairs, maintenance and production. Our largest repairs unit is the Tapa Depot, which was founded over 135 years ago. It is one of the oldest 1520 mm gauge rolling stock repairs and maintenance enterprises in the world. We are proficient in our work, know all the rolling stock repair requirements and achieve quality results. Our capacity of annual maintenance output is over 2,000 wagons. We provide maintenance and repairs for all widespread railway freight wagon types. Maintenance, inspection and repairs of all our wagons and locomotives along with the same service is available to our clients. As for locomotives, we primarily repair the C36, TEM TMH, DF7G and CME3 types, but we can also repair locomotives of other types and other rolling stock varieties when necessary. We also offer locomotive maintenance at clients sites. For this we have a qualified crew that is prepared to serve clients both in Estonia and abroad. In 2017 our Tapa Depot modernised a C30-M universal locomotive designated mainly for shunting and local freight transportation. That locomotive has a resilient frame typical of American models, reliable and agile bogies and modules designed and assembled by our partner CZ Loko and installed on the frame prepared at Tapa Depot. 12 Rolling stock repairs and technical inspections
