National Action Plan to respond to Climate Change in 2012-2020 Prime Minister of Vietnamese Government approved it on 05 Oct. 2012. Overall objective: to carry out the National Climate Change Strategy and achieve its objectives and tasks. The Action Plan includes 65 programs, projects and tasks in 2012-2020 with 10 priorities in 2012-2015.
