Stainless steel magnetic drive centrifugal pumps The sealless magnetic drive pumps, MKP, MKP-S and MKTP, are excellently suited for the high requirements of the chemical industry and numerous other industries. With these highly developed and extraordinarily efficient pumps, liquid media of diverse types can be pumped reliably and absolutely safely. The MKP, MKP-S and MKTP pumps work on the basis of reversed drive principle. Thanks to their special design, they require no plain bearing carrier. The one-piece, centrally located impeller bearing is optimally flushed and cooled with the pumped liquid. Therefore also liquids with solid contents and more volatile liquids can be pumped. Depending on the pumped medium, liquids with up to 3% solid content and grain size of up to 1 mm can be pumped. The impeller of the pumps rotates according to the gyroscopic effect around a stationary axle and is hydraulically optimally balanced. Only small bearing forces act, what increases the operational reliability of the pumps. The MKP, MKP-S and MKTP pumps are compact and with a minimum of dead space. Moreover, they consist of a few robust single components. The intelligent modular system facilitates the assembly and reduces the costs for spare parts, servicing and maintenance to a minimum. 3

MKP-S Stainless steel self-priming magnetic drive chemical process pump The MKP-S is equipped with a suction container integrated in the casing. A model container is not necessary because the pump independently evacuates the suction line through the vacuum pressure. The MKP-S can easily also pump accumulated air in the suction line during the operation. Thus the operational reliability increases. With this pump, suction heads of up to 8.5 m are attained. MKTP Stainless steel magnetic drive chemical process sump pump The MKTP is suitable for the efficient discharge of tanks that have no out-flow at the tank bottom. The MKTP pumps corrosive media absolutely safely, so that the liquid and the ensuing vapours can t escape into the environment. The pump is available with an immersion length of up to 4 m. Moreover it is available with a double-walled heatable riser pipe.
