Overview of ICCCAD Alumni Total Course: 18 Total Participants: 486 Total Countries: 51 Employment Distribution 1% 3% 2% 40% 25% 29% Researchers NGO Governmnet Alliences/Societies UN Consultants I really enjoyed the course and the knowledge it provided on urban adaptation to climate change. The course was well structured and did not become monotonous at any point of time. Usha P. Raghupathi, India The four stages of learning moves from Unconsciously Incompetent to Consciously Incompetent and then to Consciously Competent and finally to Unconsciously Competent. I am sure, I make no mistake in saying that I changed from Unconsciously incompetent to being Consciously incompetent and move to other stages in future. The course was so much useful to what I was planning to do in teaching including research. Om N. Katel, Bhutan I agree 100% that the course was great, the serious parts, the fun parts, the evening dinner in Hotel even the shopping parts. In short, for me this is like a dream comes true...to apply my hard science Climatology to the real communities. Tumiar Katarina Manik (Rita), Indonesia
