Full refunds will be given to any applications not accepted. Refunds & Cancellations We understand that plans may change, but you must contact us in advance (952-929-8301) if your attendance will be different than the days listed above. Minnetonka Farmers Market does not provide refunds for market dates when a vendor is absent. We also do not issue refunds due to weather cancellations or delays (opening late or closing early), which is a natural part of doing business at outdoor events. In addition, we do not provide refunds if, by a vendor s own choosing, they quit the market or are asked to quit the market by Market staff. Any refunds are at the Market Manager s discretion. Reselling is prohibited unless I receive express permission from the market management. I agree to accept the Minnesota Farmers Market tokens (debit/credit, promotion and, if applicable, EBT tokens and POP Club tokens) from customers for payments of goods purchased and understand that I will be reimbursed monthly for market tokens submitted to market staff. The EBT program requires a separate agreement between market and vendor, and only vendors who have this agreement will be reimbursed for EBT tokens. POP Club tokens will only be reimbursed for vendors who sell produce and/or foodbearing plants. I agree that the City of Minnetonka and its respective officers, employees, agents and consultants are not liable for any injury, theft, or damage to either the buyer or seller, or their property, arising out of or pertaining to preparation for or participation in the 2017 Minnetonka Farmer s Market; whether such injury, theft or damage occurred prior, during, or after the 2017 Minnetonka Farmer s Market. Applicant further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the city of Minnetonka and its respective officers, employees, agents and consultants for and against any claims for injury, theft or damage resulting from my fault.
