INTRODUCTION AccenTech Limited is an IT solution provider that is strived to provide high quality, cost effective and sustainable IT solution to satisfy its clients. It focuses on Software Development, Technical Project Management, Software Testing and Quality Assurance, Business Process Automation etc. AccenTech starts its journey in early 2014. All of the founders of this company have more than 16 years of experience in developing, managing, testing a number of software in different platforms, different architecture etc. AccenTech Ltd. primarily develops software products and customized solutions for local and foreign customers (Denmark, Thailand) using.net, SharePoint, php and mobile technologies. BACKGROUND The Company started its journey in the world of Information Technology with a small group of software developers and skilled technical resources under the dynamic leadership of an enterprising key software developer engaged in the development of software for the new era of design concept and different way of media expression the country since 2014 MISSION STATEMENT To provide state of art IT solutions with effective support services to business houses of home and abroad in this fast changing world of economy. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS The Managing Director is responsible for the overall management under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors she is a technical person and purely software professional as well as experienced in Management, she is guiding the technical staff. The head of operations is guiding general staff of the company with prior approval from the board. The Head of operations is maintaining liaison with Banks and other organizations in all matters and is responsible to provide pertinent information, data, reports, etc., as and when deem essential. The company is maintaining books of accounts. CORPORATE POLICY The company s main policy is to grow in dynamic and steady way.
