MENU BAR After you have logged into TimeClock Plus Manager, select the relevant action from the menu bar or you can work from MY DASHBOARD HOURS The Individual Hours screen is where you can add, edit, and review employee hours. On the left side of the screen, you will see a list of your employees. Once you have selected an employee, their information will appear in the middle of the screen. You will be able to see the employee s name, as well as the number of hours worked. 2
ADDING A SEGMENT To add time to an employee, click to access the Add Segment window. 1. Enter in a Date and Time in. You can use the calendar to select a date or the clock icon to enter a time as well as manually entering in those numbers. 2. If the employee is currently clocked in, check Individual is clocked in. If the segment has already been completed, enter a Date and Time out. 3. If this is a time sheet entry, click Time Sheet Entry. This will enable the Hours field and allow you to enter total hours worked. The Date and Time in will remain as the anchor point of the shift. 4. Select the job code in the Job Code drop down (if applicable). 5. If the segment was the result of a missed punch, you can signify this by selecting Missed in punch and/or Missed out punch. 3
EDITING A SEGMENT To edit a segment already in the system: 1. Click on the segment to highlight it, click and then select Edit to access the Edit Segmen t window. You can also double click on the segment to access the Edit Segment window. 2. The Date and Time fields can be edited. 3. If the employee is currently clocked in, enable Individual is clocked in. 4. If you want to make the segment a time sheet entry, check Time Sheet Entry. This will enable the Hours field and allow you to enter total hours. The Date and Time in will remain as the anchor point of the shift. 5. Select the job code in the Job Code drop down (if applicable). DELETING A SEGMENT To delete a segment already in the system: Click on the segment to highlight it, click then select Delete. This will bring up a prompt asking you to verify that you want to delete the segment. Click Ok to confirm. 4
APPROVING TIME You will be unable to close weeks if you have not approved your employee(s) time. Approvals must be completed by Monday morning after the end of each pay period. To approve a segment, click on the checkbox under the M header (M is for Manager). To approve ALL of the segments currently displayed, simply click on the M header icon first. EMPLOYEE ACCRUALS In the Accruals tab you will be able to see your employee s time off accruals (if applicable). 5
GROUP HOURS The Group Hours screen is where you can add, edit, review, and approve employee hours for multiple employees at a time.. Click Update to see a list of your employees hours. The date range is set for the current pay period but you may select to view other pay periods or specific date ranges. To delete multiple segments, hold down on the Ctrl key and highlighting multiple shifts. PERIOD REPORTS Under Period Reports you are able to download different category reports. EMPLOYEE In the EMPLOYEE Menu you can view Employee Profiles : 1. Jobs tab: Job codes assigned to employees. 2. Leave tab: Employee accrual banks. 3. Personnel tab: Add Notes, Schedule Reviews and view Messages sent to an employee. In Employee Messaging is where you can view company wide messages sent by payroll. 6
TOOLS In Tools you can find Request Manager. The Request Manager allows you to view and approve any time off requests that have been submitted by employees through WebClock. Additionally, employee time off requests can be manually added through this feature. Approving/Denying a Request: 1. Go to Tools in the menu bar, then click on Request Manager. 2. To view detailed information on a request submitted and how its approval will be handled, right click and select Detai l or double click on the pending request. 3. To approve or deny a request, right click on any request and select either the Approval Level needed or Deny. 7
Adding a request for one of your employees through Request Manager: 1. Go to Tools in the menu bar, then click on Request Manager. 2. Click the Add button. 3. Select the employee you are adding the request for in the Employee field. 4. Enter the date of the time off request, an anchor time, the amount of hours requested off, and the leave type. 5. Click Save. 8
