IBEROAMERICAN PASSIVE HOUSE AWARD PEP organizes every two years the Iberoamerican Passive House Award. Our aim is to analize the conditions of energy efficiency in recent projects in order to evaluate the possibilities to achieve the European Directive (2010/31/UE) in 2018 and 2020 in Europe and to evaluate the situation in Iberoamerica. The Passive House standard is a reference for the definition of Nearly Zero Energy Buildings.
