4. First Aid Measures Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Get medical attention for any breathing difficulty. Ingestion: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water. Get medical attention. Skin Contact: Wash exposed area with soap and water. Eye Contact: Flush immediately with running water. Get medical attention. 5. Fire Fighting Measures Fire: Flash point: 140 C (284 F) CC. Hazardous combustion products: smoke, fumes, COx, SOx, phosphorus oxides Explosion: Explosive vapor-air mists may be formed. Explosive limits LEL: app. 0,6 Vol% (Estimated values) UEL: app. 6,5 Vol% Fire Extinguishing Media: Dry chemical, alcohol foam, carbon dioxide, or water spray. Water spray may be used to keep fire exposed containers cool. Special Information: In the event of a fire, wear full protective clothing and NIOSH-approved self-contained breathing apparatus with full facepiece operated in the pressure demand or other positive pressure mode. Water spray may be used to keep fire exposed containers cool. 6. Accidental Release Measures Ventilate area of leak or spill. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment as specified in Section 8. Spills: Collect with absorbent material and discard according to Federal, State and Local regulations. Keep product out of sewage systems or water bodies. Avoid entering into the ground. 7. Local exhaust ventilation is generally preferred because it can control the emissions of the contaminant at its source, preventing dispersion of it into the general work area. Please refer to the ACGIH document, Industrial Ventilation, A Manual of Recommended Practices, most recent edition, for details. Skin Protection: If allowed wear protective gloves (nitrile). Use water-based skin barrier cream and clean body-covering clothing when handling. Eye Protection: Safety goggles are recommended where splashing is possible.
