SO=The Standard Output is the average monetary value of the agricultural output at farmgate price of each agricultural product (crop or livestock) in a given region. The SO of the holding is calculated as the sum of the SO of each agricultural product present in the holding multiplied by the relevant number of hectares or heads of livestock of the holding.
