Optimizing Operations, Enhancing Productivity Facilities and Infrastructure Manufacturing Facility Our manufacturing facility is capable of delivering an extensive range of process equipment required for diverse process systems. It sprawls across 40,000 sq. mts. of lush green campus with 15,000 sq. mts. of manufacturing area. This large scale facility coupled with 5000 sq. mts. of RCC paved area for equipment storage enables us to manage multiple projects efficiently and achieve large volumes of production. The shop floor has a lean manufacturing layout, ideal for producing standard as well as customised equipment for a large variety of applications. Our manufacturing capabilities include a state-of-the-art Laser Cutting Centre, Water Jet Cutting, Inverter based TIG Welding Machines, Grit Blasting, Painting and Polishing facilities. Stainless steel fabrications are an important part of our business, hence, we are well equipped with the latest Automated Material Storage Units, Vacuum Suction Lifts, EOT Cranes, Forklifts, Dock Leveller s and Stackers for material handling. We also have strategically aligned partnerships for heat treatment, precision machining and other specialized operations. The engineering design facility comprises modern CAD software for 2D designs and advanced softwares in 3D modelling.
