Data seet pro-corner Metallic profile for protecting wall tiles corners. Rigt angle, metallic profiles for protecting corners. Most of te pro-corner models are installed after te tile, wic implies a small lip over te tile surface. Recommended use: Trim for wall corners: pro corner E Trim for corners in beveled mosaics: pro-corner mosaic. Trim for corners once te mosaic installed: pro corner R / pro-corner aluminium. Trim for inner corners in wall tiles: pro-corner angular Pilaster strip type corner trim: pro-corner P Residential and public use. Permanently damp environments and direct contact wit water. Do not use in pools. Materials Anodized aluminium. Stainless steel. Substrates All substrates suitable for ceramic tiles laying. A suitable substrate for laying ceramics wit te tin-bed metod must be clean, dry, compact, wit a roug texture and flat (deviations inferior to 3 mm every 2 m of surface). Features 90º angle finis. Side edge in 7, 9 and 10 mm. Side flange to ease installation. Installed prior to ceramic wall tile. pro-corner mosaic 90º angle finis. 1 mm side edge. Side flange to ease installation. No side flange. Installed after ceramic wall tile. pro-corner P 90º inner angle finis. Profile wit cross-saped cross-section, for pilaster strip type wall corners. Te same profile as two different sides: 12 and 15 mm Tis profile s cross-sape of makes its installation easier. Installation prior to ceramic tiles. Profile types pro-corner anodized aluminium. Aluminium profile manufactured by extrusion and anodized cemical treatment. Features: Silver Matt/Gloss Wall tile Indoor / Outdoor. Te anodization treatment protects aluminium from rust and limits scratces. Protect from any abrasive element wic could scratc te exposed profile surface. - - Anodized aluminium profiles are sensible to te combination of dampness and alkaline products like cement mortars. It is recommended to be extremely careful wen installing tem. Avoid contact wit cement mortars as far as possible an clean any mortar stain wic affects te exposed edge of te profile as soon as possible.

pro-corner stainless steel Stainless steel profiles are produced by folding, so teir sape is sligtly different to tat of aluminium or brass profiles. Angles and sapes will always ave a rounded finis. Stainless steel profiles are igly resistant bot to mecanical stress and cemical attack. Specially recommended outdoors. Features: V2A (1.4301). Matt/Gloss/Brused Wall tile Indoor / Outdoor. Te profile is supplied wit a plastic film protecting it during installation. Once te profile installed, peel off te film wit a cutter. Not recommended for use in pools or any oter use in direct contact wit concentrated cemicals. In any case, we recommend you perform a previous test to ceck its suitability. Instructions for use pro corner E pro-corner mosaic Coose te profile according to te tile tickness. We recommend to coose a profile at least 1 mm ticker tan te tile. Fix te profile to te corner. Lay te tile wit te tin-bed metod, wit adesive and a notced trowel. Press te profile flange on te adesive and ceck tat it is covered by te bonding material. Level te profile wit te tile. Do not leave te profile above te tile level. As a general rule, we recommend to leave 1 mm joint between te profile and te tile. In stable substrates wit no movement risk, a minimum joint can be used. Before sealing te tiling joints, ceck tat te grouting material cosen does not scratc nor cemically alters te profile surface. If it does, cover te profile wit protective tape. Fill completely te joint between tile and profile wit grouting material. Never let te grouting material arden on te profile. pro corner R pro-corner aluminium Ceck tat te tiles on te corner are well bonded to te substrate. Repair damaged tiles and eliminate possible ledges wic could compromise te installation of te pro-corner profile. Clean te wall tile surface. Bond te profile to te corner wit a type p-404, from butec, polyuretane putty bead. Press te profile on te wall tile until it is as flus as possible. Clean te remainders of putty from te profile.

Do not use abrasive or metallic elements wic can scratc te profile surface. Data Seet Conditions Tis is not a finised product tecnical seet. It belongs to a product wic, togeter wit oters, is te base of a ceramic tile laying system wit wic professionals perform teir job. Instructions in tis tecnical seet ave been written based on our experience and tecnical expertise, but tey ave to be considered as general recommendations, wic togeter wit tose for te rest of te products in te system, elp te professionals in teir job. As it is not possible to know all te features and conditions of a building job, professionals must consider it and, if deemed appropriate, perform a previous test to confirm weter te product is suitable for te job. Specially recommended in applications wic imply mecanical stresses or cemical reactions not described in tis tecnical seet. Te tecnical seet cannot reflect all te applications and conditions entailed in te use of a material, so, in situations not described in tis seet, we recommend to perform a previous test and refer to our tecnical department.
