Initial Assessment for Partnership Goal Setting Mentees and mentors are strongly recommended to use tool during their first meeting to identify which topics and goals to address during their partnership. They can refer to and update document throughout their together. The topics below are suggestions only. Feel free to adjust and add to the list as needed.
