Interior - Slab-on-grade poured at stage; building is poured out. Interior metal stud framing and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) wall rough-in ongoing. Mechanical penthouse framing and steel beam installation ongoing. MS: Slab-on-grade poured at Commons. Mechanical penthouse framing started. Canopy framing started. Structural steel/decking installation ongoing. All slab-on-metal-deck pours completed. Gym repairs ongoing: all bolts replaced, bent column replaced.

Building Excellence IV Capital Levy Genesee Hill Elementary School Site: Completed street improvement along SW Dakota St; continued to form and pour sidewalks north side of Area 1; completed clear and grub area east of Area 1; began installing handrails and guardrails at site stairs; completed storm water connections at Genesee St; installing topsoil and fertilizer in preparation of sod at lower parking lot. Area 1: Exterior - Completed application of water repellant graffiti-resistant coating on CMU veneer. Interior - Completed installation of AV, CATV, and intercom trim; continued air and hydronic balancing. Area 2: Interior - Completed carpet installation at level 1and began same task at level 2; began installing stair treads at stair #4. Continued installation of drop ceiling tile. Completed start-up of the mechanical air handlers; Continued wire termination at the main fire alarm panel and continued testing of fire alarm system; continued installation of AV, CATV, and intercom trim; Area 3: Interior - Continued installation of stage flooring; continued electrical rough-in to kitchen equipment; Area 4: Interior - Gym flooring installed, first coat of sealer applied, stripping complete.

Building B: Exterior - Placement of exterior concrete slab on grade pending weather. Roofing completed. Exterior sheeting completed with air barrier nearly complete. Interior - Band/choir room metal stud framing completed. MEP ongoing. Building C: Exterior - Air Barrier complete. Final retaining wall section rebar placed and concrete poured. Interior - Soffit framing ongoing. GWB started at soffits and walls. MEP at ceiling soffits ongoing.
