H40 ONE-COMPONENT RESINS H100 ONE-COMPONENT RESINS One component, hydrophobic grout designed to increase the bearing capacity of permeable soil or rock. One component, hydrophobic grout designed for water cut-off in concrete, masonry structures and sandy soils, even when strong seepage or gushing water is encountered. F400 * ONE-COMPONENT RESINS ONE-COMPONENT RESINS GT1100 Flexible one-component, hydrophobic grout for water cut-off in moving cracks and joints in concrete, masonry structures. GT350 ONE-COMPONENT RESINS N180 TWO-COMPONENT RESINS MDI based hydrophilic, one-component flexible polyurethane injection resin for waterproofing. Solvent free, expansive, two-component polyurethane resin 1 Component hydrophilic resin, additional waterproofing due to post expansion. Fast reaction with immediate increase of viscosity Reaction can be set faster with H100 ACC (max 10%) Can be injected as 1 component or 2 component in combination with water, maximum amount of water = 200%. Foam factor 6-8V. Cured polyurethane is highly flexible, ideally suited for structures where a high degree of settlement and movement can occur Cured polyurethane is harmless for the environment and resistant to biological attacks. Excellent adhesion to all dry substrate types Outstanding structure reinforcing properties (high tensile strength) in combination with gravel and rock Expansion up to 1400% N180 can both be pumped and poured Cured polyurethane is shrink-free and exhibits good chemical resistance (contact our Technical Service for chemical resistance) Cured polyurethane is functional between - 40 C and +100 C Cured polyurethane is harmless for the environment and resistant to biological attacks. N450 TWO-COMPONENT RESINS AG100 ACRYLATE RESINS Solvent free, expansive, 2-component polyurethane resin with very fast reaction time and high mechanical strength Excellent adhesive strength to dry substrate Outstanding structure reinforcing properties (high tensille strength) Expansion up to 750% Cured polyurethane is shrink-free and exhibits good chemical resistance Cured polyurethane is functional between - 40 C and +100 C Cured polyurethane is harmless for the environment and resistant to biological attacks. Sealing large water leaks and cracks in mines, tunnels and underground foundations Wet and dry foundation stabilization Sealing large cracks and voids where high compressive strengths are required AG100 is a three-component, water-swelling hydrogel based on acrylate that hardens to an elastic product. AG100 is especially noted for its low blending viscosity that is almost equivalent to the viscosity of water. AG100 can be applied in the case of grout curtains and ground stabilisation. AG200 ACRYLATE RESINS AG300 ACRYLATE RESINS AG200 is a three-component, water-swelling hydrogel based on acrylate or methacrylate that hardens to an elastic product. AG200 is especially noted for its low blending viscosity that is almost equivalent to the viscosity of water. AG200 can be applied in the case of grout curtains and ground stabilisation. Different pot lives can be defined, adapted to the application and environmental temperature, by varying the B-amount of salt (100 g up to 1000 g based on 20 kg A1 component). AG300 is a three-component, water-expanding hydrogel on acrylate or methacrylate basis that hardens to a rubber-like, flexible product. AG300 is especially noted for its extremely low blending viscosity that is almost equivalent to the viscosity of water. This renders a series of renovation procedures possible that cannot be accomplished with injection materials of a higher viscosity.
