Corrigo provides on-demand service management solutions for maintenance, installation, and repair companies. Its web-based applications deliver control and insight to service management clients. Corrigo s tools enhance the delivery of maintenance services, work order and dispatch management, and asset management by delivering an integrated solution that provides a seamless, real-time flow of communication between customers, service personnel, management staff, vendors, suppliers, and senior management. Corrigo s product CorrigoNet, a web-based solution, helps to enhance customer relations through a wide variety of Web-based, customer-driven features and functionality: Self-registration makes it easy to begin using the service. Logon and passwords provide secure access. Service request pages provide the ability to enter new service requests, schedule maintenance appointments, reserve shared facilities and track service request status at any time of day. Smart work order entry automatically captures information relevant to diagnose problems accurately. Customer-defined workflow appropriately routes all service requests. E-mail notifications let users know when work begins and is completed (optional). User satisfaction surveys can be included in work order completion e-mails to gain valuable feedback concerning service delivery (optional). Special editing privileges allow designated personnel to update user contact information. Non-maintenance service requests are configured to handle services such as package delivery or key services. Site-level customization stores special user instructions and access permissions for service and management personnel.

Online help provides convenient, immediate assistance. Add-Ins include the ability to post user- and location-specific news and announcements. Automatic approval notifications are sent to the user if work needs to be approved prior to commencing. Open interface permits our customer relationship solution to be instantly integrated into any company Web site or portal. Work Order Management CorrigoNet s Web-based and wireless work order management software facilitates real-time communication and information exchange between property or facility management, building managers and mobile engineers. It provides the benefits of entering, viewing, sorting data in real-time, and accessing the most current work order data for those who need it customers, service staff, dispatch, and management. In addition, it creates work orders based on an asset or a customer needs and includes work order details such as job status, location, date, and time due. The system also prints out, faxes and e-mails customized forms and creates HTML-based work order and invoice templates, including the fields and design elements needed for sending forms by regular mail, e-mail, or fax. The system: Enables all parties to create, receive, track and close out work orders in realtime from anywhere at any time. Automatically sequences new and open work orders by user-defined priorities, preferences and/or job location. Provides field technicians with the ability to reject a work order or ask for help by calling attention to the work order. Provides dispatchers with a clear, comprehensive dispatch board for managing the assignment and flow of work orders. Facilitates coordination activities through individual or teamwork order assignments. Assigns and routes specific work orders automatically based on personnel skill-sets and workload (optional). Notifies personnel of emergencies and/or new work orders (optional other alerts are also available). Automatically tracks time to complete each work order. Calculates detailed work order costs that become an integral working component of the Corrigo KnowledgeBase.

Wireless Work Order Management Corrigo s solution works with any WAP-based phone, PDA, pager or mobile device to make all work order information available to building engineers at all times. With that, service people enter new jobs, accept work assignments, add information to existing work orders, and retrieve details about jobs. In addition, they can receive and update work orders from the field using true two-way, real-time communication, and record parts, labor, spot purchase and other work order details to generate accurate invoices that can be displayed on wireless devices. Moreover, they can capture asset and equipment data on-site, including model numbers, serial numbers, and gauge readings and review important customer details before showing up on the job. Wireless device access: Provides building engineers with remote access to work order details, such as work order location, contact information, symptom diagnostics, required completion date, asset history, salient PM schedules, relevant warranties/service contracts, and special instructions. Enables mobile engineers to update work order status in real-time, facilitating property-level communication Provides instant wireless alerts for technicians, including emergencies, new work orders, upcoming appointments, and changed appointments. Delivers CorrigoNet s proprietary KnowledgeBase to building engineers at the job location, providing valuable customer-defined repair tasks, manufacturer e-manuals and industry best practices. Enables instantaneous time-card recording for time worked in the field. Permits mobile engineers to record parts used to complete a work order at the job site.

Preventative Maintenance Management CorrigoNet s preventive maintenance module streamlines the planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance work orders. Corrigo s utilization allows scheduling routine and preventive maintenance work, accounting for a wide range of scheduling factors such as seasonal maintenance and regional differences, and simplifying planning for preventive maintenance scheduling with easy access to status. It is done by: Enabling general or asset-specific preventive maintenance work orders to be scheduled well in advance based on calendar-, seasonal- or inspection-driven events. Providing the ability to create punch lists of preventive maintenance tasks and use them repeatedly over time as templates. Allowing management personnel to view preventive maintenance schedules and status. Driving maintenance efficiencies by linking preventive maintenance schedules to corrective maintenance work orders associated with the same asset (e.g. so both can be completed at the same time). Detailed Cost Capture, Invoicing and Accounting Integration CorrigoNet allows for full financial-system support and integration and enhances management s ability to recoup work order job costs through an efficient bill-back management process that matches work orders to customer records and determines appropriate markups and invoicing requirements. It helps to maintain detailed records of service level agreements with customers, including markup, fixed costs, labor rates and more to use when automatically generating bill-back invoices for customers. In addition, it can enter bill-back rates based on work type, zone, and customer, and flag work orders for automatic or for manual bill-back invoicing. Accounting systems integration: Integrates with various popular accounting systems, allowing for automatic. invoicing for bill-backs and confirmation receipt for vendor-supplied work. Captures customer approval for work before work orders are commenced. Permits mobile engineers and management to flag work orders for bill-back. Automatically calculates bill-back amounts and provides job cost details. Stores and provides easy access to customer-specific bill-back preferences. Tracks purchased materials and services, keeping track of all vendor and supplier transactions. Enables personnel to view labor rates and detailed job costs in order to make cost adjustment options (optional).

Routine Maintenance & Inspections CorrigoNet gives complete visibility into routine maintenance and inspection operations so the work is done right. It monitors open work orders, recognizes high priority jobs that must be done when customer satisfaction is on the line, and ensures that jobs are assigned to the right people. Corrigo facilitates the scheduling and administration of routine maintenance and inspections to: Allow personnel to view routine maintenance and inspection schedules and status. Enable routine maintenance and inspections to be placed on a schedule well in advance based on calendar or event-based rules. Provide the ability to create reusable punch lists in association with routine maintenance and inspection work orders. Enable building engineers to record and communicate inspection result via wireless device. Provide engineers with the ability to view prior inspection results and trends. Streamline the creation of inspection driven work orders at the time of inspection.

Warranty & Contract Management CorrigoNet s document management module provides an easy way to tie together information relevant to a work order. CorrigoNet allows to track important documents and provide access to them when needed, associate any type of electronic file to customers, assets and equipment, personnel and subcontractors, properties and work orders-keeping all important information together and instantly available when needed. The warranty and contract management module: Allows personnel to attach specific related documents to work orders (e.g. leases, service agreements, warranties) Retains work order-to-document associations throughout the history of a work order. Provides alerts on assets that may still be under warranty so that the work gets done properly and is billed accordingly. Enables managers to set up service level agreements with sub-contractors and vendors so the system will prompt when an asset or request should be handled by the vendor. Supports all document types: word processing, spreadsheets, images, CAD drawings, postscript (PDF) documents, etc. Inventory Management CorrigoNet s inventory and materials management module allows personnel to track parts, storage information, cost information, and processing information to help manage the timing of purchases and purchasing trends. Items are added to inventory as they arrive from suppliers, and deducted when used and entered into work orders. It also provides a capability to track parts and materials located across multiple stock sites down to the bin number level, and view associate descriptions of parts and materials with each item. Inventory controls: Provide a standard product catalog. Allow for receipt and issue of inventory items. Allow for the listing of inventory in multiple stock locations (unlimited). Enable personnel to view lists of materials in inventory with product descriptions and quantities on hand; these lists may be sorted by stock location or by product category.

Knowledge Base The Corrigo KnowledgeBase is the engine behind CorrigoNet that enables the system to become smarter as information is captured and analyzed over the normal course of using the product. This living library of industry specific information includes industry or trade-specific asset information and the potential symptoms and issues associated with each asset. Corrigo's Knowledgebase contains data on the assets and equipment, symptoms and tasks, service specialties and other information that realworld industry experience dictates. The Corrigo KnowledgeBase: Organizes customer assets in a very easy-to-use, location-based design Updates and maintains a library of symptoms associated with individual assets, asset types (e.g. chillers) and asset classes (e.g. HVAC components), and associates frequencies and costs with each symptom. Maintains flexible, user-defined corrective maintenance tasks, tools and tips associated with specific symptoms. Calculates specific and mean repair costs by symptom as well as by asset, asset type and asset class. Maintains customer-defined lists of preventive maintenance tasks for individual assets and asset types. Calculates staff utilization to enable work order routing.

Asset Management The Corrigo KnowledgeBase is tied to an asset database that helps to track asset location, repair history and lifecycle information. It evaluates asset condition by monitoring historical attributes such as meter and equipment gauge readings and reviews past maintenance performed on assets. Corrigo's Asset Management interface lets to enter asset interior or exterior locations, building number, room, and allows to add identifying information, such as manufacturer's name, model number and serial number. In addition, it locates assets and asset types by searching on any attribute across a specific site, or across an entire portfolio of properties. The asset management module: Enables management to track all types of assets, from properties and buildings to capital equipment, to space fixtures and amenities. Provides full asset lifecycle management. Contains an Asset Builder that allows for the creation of associated sites, buildings, spaces, rooms, common areas and equipment. Provides the ability to change asset location and retain detailed maintenance history. Vendor Management The vendor management module extends CorrigoNet benefits to outside vendors serving your organization, enabling you to build stronger relationships with your vendors, ensure that goods and services are delivered on schedule, quality standards are maintained, and vendors are paid correctly. It lets vendors and subcontractors invoice by entire jobs or line item in any way the payment agreement is structured. It provides ability to attach customer price lists to specific vendors for parts, labor, flat fees, and to track the status of their payment, including payment approval, customer signoff on the work, and invoice status in accounts payable. CorrigoNet: Enables the assignment of work orders to outside vendors and/or a team of inside and outside personnel. Facilitates communication with vendors by providing access to real-time vendor work order status. Streamlines communication of work order budgets and ensures customerdefined workflow is followed where a vendor bidding process is mandated. Streamlines the capturing and entry of detailed work order costs from vendors. Facilitates vendor performance evaluation and comparisons. Stores and facilitates access to vendor contracts and service warranties. Enables the assignment and route specific work orders to specific vendors based on their trade and workload (optional).

Time Card Management CorrigoNet s labor and resource management module records and maintains important personnel information that can be updated and accessed easily. It lets employees enter time card information and receive timesheet approvals from the Web or using wireless devices. It monitors and ties pay rates including overtime, holiday, and other non-standard rates-to hours worked, automatically. It produces reports that let compare hours submitted to actual work completed to see who the most productive employees are, and to compare overall labor costs versus work completed. This module: Captures and maintains employee timecard information. Tracks time committed specifically by project or category. Records and tracks employee vacation schedules and on-call status. Tracks employee labor rates and overtime work hours. Allows property management to quickly view an employee s last action performed. Management Reporting CorrigoNet generates standard or custom reports that give complete visibility into the service operations, so customer can monitor what is doing right, while quickly identifying what needs improvement. It uses the standard reports provided as a starting point on which to build important reports. At the same time, using the Report Wizard to build ad hoc reports with data and parameters specified, the customer can quickly create, modify, and share them with others. CorrigoNet provides three levels of management and performance reporting: Active reporting sends alerts to users upon the occurrence of business performance issues requiring timely reaction. Sent via email, page, wireless or a phone call, these alerts allow management to stay on top of operations and how they impact their customers, assets or staff to better drive business success. Standard reporting, based on the Crystal platform, provides mid-level and corporate management decision-making information to more efficiently monitor customer satisfaction, life cycle property costs, asset performance, staff productivity and customer profitability. CorrigoNet provides a personalized page where favorite reports can be configured and stored per user for convenient access thereafter. Beyond the extensive library of existing reports, customized reports are available upon request. Finally, Corrigo s business analytics tools based on OLAP technology allow management to model their business in order to better anticipate results, measure performance, and drive profitability.
