Overview RICS Software offers retailers the ability to manage and fulfill both web orders and transfer orders from within their RICS account. Web Order Entry Web orders can be entered into a RICS store or warehouse in two ways: Orders are manually entered on a Point of Sale (POS) as Web Sales. Via an ecommerce integration. From the back office: o Select Go to Process Orders on the main page. o Select the red exclamation point at the top of the navigation bar from any page. Process Orders The main Process Orders page shows all open orders requiring further action. Select the checkbox next to one or more orders to process: You can also click on the hyperlinked order # to view the order details: Order Fulfillment Summary RICS Software, Inc. Page 6 of 19

Allocation Orders can be manually allocated by the user or auto allocated based on logic. Orders can be kept together or split. Auto Allocate RICS can assist with the allocation of orders using the Auto Allocate button. This feature will allocate orders based on item availability and the sales performance of the item. Each RICS account can be set up to specify a Distribution Center (DC). When a distribution center is established, RICS will utilize the following rules to allocate inventory: Items are allocated to the DC when the DC has inventory. If the DC does not have the item in inventory, items will be allocated to the store with the lowest sales performance over the last 30 days for that specific item. Process Orders from POS Once orders are allocated to a specific store, they will appear in the back office through the Process Orders screen. In addition, a notification also appears on the POS of the allocated store. Click Return to POS to go back to using the Point of Sale. Print Pick Lists Select Print Pick Lists to print the corresponding list of items for each order. Once you select Print Pick Lists for selected orders, the order status will automatically update to Being Picked. The Pick Lists will appear in a PDF file on screen. A consolidated pick list sorted by SKU number, as well as an individual pick list per order is provided to assist in order packaging. Order Fulfillment Summary RICS Software, Inc. Page 11 of 19
