Bobbio Excel 5 Excelling in manufacture The company currently manufactures springs ranging in wire sizes from 0.5mm to 16mm. Our wide range of automatic machines provide this extensive capability. Investment for the future As part of our ongoing commitment to the development of spring manufacture, we have recently invested in the most technologically advanced machine available to enhance our core range of products. The Bobbio Excel gives Norris an even stronger edge over the competition. All springs are manufactured to precise requirements and, with the Bobbio Excel 5, the tolerances are improved on through the machines unique digital camera, which records a spring s exact measurements as it comes off the unit. As a result, more accurate springs can be manufactured with quicker turnaround times and tolerances that are more stringent than required by British & European Standards.
