Architects/Interior Designers Structural Consultants Should be holding a masters/bachelors/degree in the field. Must be a Member of Council of Architects should have reasonable presence for professional work in Uttar Pradesh. Agency should have completed 1 job of 0.80 Cr. or 2 jobs of 0.50 Cr or 3 jobs of 0.40 Cr. during last five years. Annual Average turnover for last three years should not be less than 0.30Cr. Should have done Post graduation in structural Engineering from a reputed university in India. Reasonable presence for professional work in Uttar Pradesh. 10 years Post qualification experience. completed 1 job of 0.80 Cr or 2 Jobs of 0.50 Cr or 3 jobs of 0.40 Cr. during last seven years. Annual Average Turnover for last three years should not be less than 0.30 Cr. Electrical Consultants Should have done graduation in Electrical Engineering (Degree) from reputed university in India and having 10 years experience. Reasonable presence for professional work in UttarPradesh completed 1 job of 0.80 lacs or 2 jobs of 0.50 lac or 3 jobs of 0.40 lacs during last seven years. Annual Average Turnover for last three years should not be less than 0.30Cr. valuers Should be a member/ fellow of Institution of valuers and registered with Income tax department in India. Reasonable presence for professional work in
Uttar Pradesh. 10 years experience in the field of valuation. The valuer should be qualified and registered under section 34 PB of wealth tax act 1957.
