Coaches are not allowed to reveal any information from viewed role-plays to students on university teams. Just like the real world, we expect students to learn about their customer s profile in the hot-seat. Let s remember that these rules are in place for the integrity of the sales profession and for the development of all participating students. Any cheating, illegal activity, disorderly conduct, and/or public intoxication will not be tolerated and are grounds for disqualification.
