Executive Leadership Advisory Board s (ELAB s) EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP ADVISORY BOARD ELAB s (otherwise known as a FAM trip for industry professionals) are executed three times annually, typically at a resort destination, and was developed to provide enough training and development within the agenda to validate ROI of attendance. These programs are a bit smaller and high end, usually consisting of 58 executives. All executive attendees are vetted by AMI and each is a key influencer or directly responsible for selecting meeting destinations and approving meetings budgets. Their time is valuable and in demand, so we welcome any opportunity to showcase our talents, products and services, as well as those of our partner suppliers. Outsourced meeting types they host are typically Incentives, Sales Meetings, Executive Retreats, User Conferences and Products Launches. AMI Annual Partner s Conference 2014 TIDELINE OCEAN RESORT & SPA A KIMPTON HOTEL December 810, 2014 ~ Palm Beach, Florida The AMI Annual Partners Conference is executed one time annually, typically at a partner property located within a 5 hour drive from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Proximity to our corporate headquarters is the primary reason for the preferred location; however, other properties are considered. This program is a bit larger in size (3040 attendees) and consists of meeting planning professionals who are either directly employed by American Meetings, Inc. (AMI) or are Partner Meeting Planners. Partner Meeting Planners (PMP s) are independent planners who maintain their own client relationships and partner with AMI to assist with marketing, sales, site selection, planning, execution and reconciliation. These Meeting Planning attendees plan and execute all meeting types including Incentives, Sales Meetings, Executive Retreats, Association and Government Events, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Meetings, Tradeshows, User Conferences and Products Launches.
